For an early birthday present, she gave me a box full of wonderful crochet threads. While we were talking, I crocheted. It works up so much better than any thread i have used. Everyone may got new clothes when I finish crocheting a new wardrobe for Myri.

http://www.dreamhighstudio.com/ The friend who gave me the box of thread is the same one who taught me to crochet years ago. She is a fiber artist and always challenges me to try new things. This year I started by crocheting more for myself and reading more patterns. Then I bought a lot of different size hooks-I caught a sale and bought everything from a Jumbo size S hook down to a steel size 10. So far I have used everything from the P down to the size 7. I just crochet a little every time I have to sit still. It took me about 4 months to work my way down from the 0 steel hook to the 7, but I have learned a lot and started creating my own patterns along the way. I love tiny crocheting because I can fit all of my tools into a zipper eyeglass case that fits easily in my purse.

About 6 hours of talking and crocheting without internet or tv distraction
