@knittnkitten Been there, still there but I can't drive for brain reasons. I pay a share of the bills and have earned myself the position of room mate/renter which entitles me to being treated at least half my age. My smother keeps confusing my temper tantrum throwing unemployed helpless sister she created and is now stuck with.

Is there a way to pick up a few chores or responsibilities and get treated better? Did you do anything to earn mistrust in the past?

I already clean the house and take care of the yard work, and I cook about a third of the meals. I've really never gotten into any sort of trouble that I needed bailing out of.

to be honest, thinking about it, I'm wondering if its some of her disease process making her paranoid. she was getting pretty paranoid about the house being broken in to before she started the current treatment. she got better when she was having the infusion every other week, but she's having a flare up again, so I wonder if that's why she's convinced it would be too dangerous for me to go by myself.

That could be part of it if it's a big change from her personality. Sudden paranoia is an early sign of mental illness too, chemical or physical. You might want to discuss your concerns with her doctor.

It looks like my sister has had brain fluid problems long enough that we don't know what's her and what's that any more but now that she's got to a doctor she's not wanting to get treatment because it doesn't go with her "beliefs" and the "space people" stuff she's in to. It pisses me off because she's being given access and transportation to all these doctors and blowing it off but I haven't seen anyone since my car accident.

its weird enough that dad was confused by the whole thing too. if it eases up after her next infusion then I know to mention it to her her doctor. it really is hard to tell what is normal crazy and what is new crazy.

Nyra (RS Lian) has inherited most of Elrana's (DZ Clare) clothes - suffice it to say Elrana is not happy... She's back to one ill-fitting dress that she can't even run about in...

Gah I just can't seem to find anything for her! It either doesn't fit or isn't in her style... Think Dark Angel/cyberpunk (sci-fi not the fashion, and that old TV show with Jessica Alba...)

On the verge of redo-ing Drax's face-up - though I've got to say, darn I used far too much sealant on the 1st one! I was obviously being paranoid, but I still haven't gotten the last of the bottom layer off yet... And it's gone kinda shiny so I really need to remove it!

On the other hand - it worked! He looks pretty much out of the box new again...

Edit: So face-up progress! I'm aiming for an unwell drug addled rockstar look - I think I might have taken the blushing around his eyes a bit far, but we'll see how it looks when it's done

Thanks! - his face-up is near complete now, I'm just not really sure if it works!

(Just the glossing on his lips to do... Which is currently impossible with the way the gloss' lid has glued itself shut... Though I do quite like the way it means they currently look kinda chapped...)

Question to costume peoples. I'm trying put together a skunk costume, but I need to track down the base. I want a Full Body Lycra Unitard with the face open. Much like the one bellow in the link. the biggest problem I am finding is figuring out size. I'm a big girl and short. What the heck do I do? What size do I get? How much should this thing run? Thanks for your help everyone!!
