I was watching the BBC series Japanorama and found a whole segment on BJDs! Granted, it's only Volks because it's 2006 Japan. Still...

Oh I remember that special! It was one of the first videos my sister and I showed my parents after we got our BJDs. Yep, Tenshi no Sato is a museum, doll spa, garden and cafe. It's amazing.

Its pretty alright. Went down there during my Japan trip in hopes of picking up a MSD Myu but nothing happen other than taking some shots in the garden with my lone 1/6 Volks girl.
The town that its in is pretty though, didn't spend enough time visiting the other location since Tenshi no Sato was halfway point between various tourist spots. Should had planned a place to stay in Kyoto.
