Projects: In Progess or Ideas? What'choo Workin' On?

Whipped up a concept sketch for where I am going with my DZ Hid head once I get the body.
It's good to have goals... I usually do these before I get a doll together.

The ball on the bottom of the body idea is working out. Now when the polymer clay Wiggles bend it'll look like their shirts are tucked in. I can see using this on some other dolls too. One of the Doodles may have this tummy with the balls attached to her hips and the sockets in the thighs to keep the look of her costume.


This is leaning backwards, has slightly more range going forward because of the dip in the front of the hips. I need to refine the leg sockets before any more trimming on the top of the waist.

As for knees I'm going to try the caps on the thighs. If the sockets are right the weight of the doll standing upright can hold them somewhat in place.

Just need snaps and to get the black and white floral belt sewn. The white ribbon belt goes to her Wa-loli. I used it to test the fit.

Here they are! White pajamas! I'm a little worried I may have made the pants a little too small; if his hips really are twenty-two centimeters around they should fit, though just barely. I'm thinking of maybe doing some simple beaded decoration. What do you guys think?

Did you leave room for his boy parts? I always include those with hip measurement.
