omgomgomg my Realpuki Tyni is here and he's so LITTLE and CUTE! I have some pics on my camera, need to change the batteries so I can grab a few more and get them on my computer. I have one of him clinging to my thumb! XD

I've been waiting four months to finish the layaway and he's my first new doll in almost a year so it's very exciting.

I was at Goodwill today. I made some awesome finds! Five 80's barbie patterns for a dollar each, I examined them and seems all the parts are still there. very few pieces cut, and one is not cut at all! And I found a wardrobe for Atlantis for 8 bucks

I got to meet Misty this weekend at Dragon*Con and got confirmation that Mags' story will continue! I was so fortunate. Her line was closed because there were so many people she was running over her allotted time. However as I and a couple of other ladies (one is a member of DOA btw) stood outside in hopes she would be moved to another location, one of the staff members opened the door and ushered us in. Even still I waited another 30+ minutes in line to talk to her. Another plus - she didn't have to ask how to spell my (real) name!

The con was great fun, but I'm worn out from keeping up with 3 teenagers (it's amazing how far a drive 30 miles can be at midnight).

Got to see the world premiere of the fan created film "Firefly: Redemption" (remember - FAN created . . . .).

Just made the semi-finals in Textnovel.com's annual writing contest! Now I've got two weeks to finish revamping Shadow King (and maybe actually FINISH it) before finalists are announced.

It'd be awesome if I won. Winners get a cash prize and possible publication. I'd say very possible, considering last year's winner got published.

I just got my first ever Tonner doll. She's one of the Emme dolls. I'll try to get some good pics tomorrow. It's different, but I like her. Her skin tone is not like anything I've ever seen in person before.

Well my credit card was charged for the first payment on my Delilah Noir which, according to their layaway rules, means she's either shipped today or will ship tomorrow! WOOT LOL. Good, I had a shitty day today, I need some cheering up.
