I am SO going to be in trouble at work today. I've been taking a sick day once a week all this month either due to a raging fever/flu symptoms. Today, I can't talk and it feels like I have rocks in my throat every time I swallow. *sigh* I hate January.

Rocks in the throat sound to me like strep. You should see a doctor to confirm it. Strep not only won't go away if not treated, you could end up in the hospital. I hate getting strep more than just about anything.

If I'm not any better by tomorrow, I'll go to the after hours clinic as I *really* doubt if I'll be going to work tomorrow, either. I think I'm going to go back to bed, too.

Hubby and I are out with something at the moment. Kiddo was sick this morning too, but after throwing up all over the couch he made a fast recovery. I wish my immune system worked that fast.

I lost my job last month, and every time I get my girls back from their daddy they have been sick... But on the bright side I paid off my RS Feng last month and he showed up a couple of days ago.

It's strep, flu, tonsillitis, laryngitis, sinus AND ear infections (both ears) all at once. *sigh* What a way to get 5 days off work. I think I'm going to go back to bed now. *sigh*

Try -11ºF without the windchill added. It looks like it's nice out there but I froze to a popsicle going out to ge to the bank and to drop of the rent checks.

Friend of mine is attempting to do a social project in which he hopes that folks from different aesthetics side of the hobby fence could interact and I'm not sure how far i want to go to help him.

On one hand I would like to invite some awesome people who's hobby is similar enough and of a close enough age group and interest type. But i don't want said awesome people to be offended by the stubborn lack of interaction by some folks on the other side of the fence.
