??? I am intrigued. I have injuries under the left shoulder blade from throwing hay bales in my youth. On the right from falling down stairs like an idiot and hurting my elbow. Anything to help with that would be a Godsend.

Obviously I have a very sick mind but to me the name of that thing sounds like it would be a very expensive, artsy vibrator...lol...

No matter how many times someone tells me something awesome about dark chocolate... BLEH, I hate dark chocolate. I dislike bitterness of something that I was raised to believe was sweet ;A; Hubs says it's like learning to like scotch, you just have to keep trying it.

I also used to hate dark chocolate. It wasn't that I learned to like it, as much as I cut sugar out of my diet. After a few weeks, many things that I thought were bitter or tasteless were suddenly tasting quite different. Dark chocolate was one of them. Most of the dark stuff has a nice fruity flavor, but it's very hard to taste if you are accustomed to high sugar content.

That's actually true of a lot of things. Many bitter veggies also have a mild sweetness that you won't notice unless you get yourself to the point that you can taste it. The only way to do that is to cut back on sugar in your diet. I remember the first time I realized that almonds are actually quite sweet. I used to think they were bland!

Nowadays I prefer 78%. Milk chocolate is okay once in awhile, but I find it way to sweet to have to often.

I was like that with chocolate. When I got off most of the junk sugar I started noticing the real taste in things. Especially veggies. Corn and carrots are sweet.

Avocado is really good for you. It has some protein and helps raise the good cholesterol while lowering the bad. Personally I love hula hooping and it's great for firming up the waist. Also, in November I discover Ballet Beautiful. https://www.balletbeautiful.com/ I have a hard time doing or staying interested in any form of structured exercise but I really like the small repetitive motions this has and I haven't gotten bored with it yet.
