Yet another person that agrees that your money is your business! If dolls make you happy, they are worth every cent you put into them.

My father was actually REALLY open-minded about BJDs, I was pleasantly surprised by this. He just commented, "Eeeh, I would personally buy a better laptop. But the dolls are more detailed than I thought." My mother was far more... Well, let's just say that every time she saw my doll (1 at the time) she kept talking about his price... -_-" Funny thing is though, when I got my second doll even she was like, "They look so cute together! How sweet~!"

XD That's funny cause my mom was like: "I think you did good. You bought a bunch of dolls instead of one really expensive doll.."

And what got me laughing was: "When I was driving to work I was worried you would'n't be able to get his eyes in!"

Also: She loves Hakubi...She wouldn't even mind if I got another Obitsu dog.

Alopecia No Hime, lol I just bought a 1/3 doll and only my siblings know for sure. My mom knows I'm planning but I think she'll only figure it out when she sees the money in her account or when the doll arrives. Whichever comes first XD

She does like crocheting clothes for Eden but that's just to pass time, not too sure for something bigger though XD

XD Well hope springs eternal. I didn't learn to really sew until I told my mom I wanted an Obitsu and she sat down with me that night and started teaching me...So hope springs eternal. ^^

Same, I don't really know how to sew. I just know the basics and follow the instructions. And that's the easy tutorial ones, I can't read the professional patterns so the internet is reaaaally helpful

Urk.... Wartune servers are down for maintenence.... T__T It's sad that I don't know to do with my free time when I was planning on spending it playing that game until I'm ready to go to sleep. (Not that I don't do other things on the internet while I'm playing it, but still.....)

Time to go offline and give the poor lonely dolliehs some attention, I guess...

I don't even use professional patterns. I just make my own using my doll's existing clothes and then alternate with what I want. XD I actually used the tutorial shown on how to make Clara dolls from Princess Jellyfish to learn how to make ruffles. I wanna make a tutu next and make my 1/6th girl a ballet costume.

Thanks all. Pain is gone mostly. And I will rinse with a special mouth wash but they said I should start with that today. Wasn't allowed to do that yesterday as the blood cloth would be rinsed out too and that was not good.
And tomorow I have to start with the salt suringe directly into the wound to flush out any food that got into it.
Next time (if there is a next....I only got one more wisdome tooth and its not sure if it needs to be pulled) I will plan ahead make sure its not around the same date as that time of the month. I feel like I was in a car wreck... everything is tender atm (usually feel painfull around these days but my yaw and my...stomage and backpain seem to encurage eachother or something )

About the money. I am a mother of 3 and my oldest is almost 16. He has a job and what money he earns hes allowed to spend on his silly hobby (he collects old nintendo stuff....the other day he was in seventh heaven because he finally could buy a SNES) as long as he also saves up for other stuff like birthdays of siblings and saves up for when hes old enough to leave the nest. I will keep a bit of an eye on what he spends it on (30,- for a 25 year old game was not my idea of money well spend, specially if you already have the game on another console) but it IS his money and I am happy he spends it on this kind of stuff rather then going out, getting drunk and who knows what else!
Thus if was a doll collector I would be ok with him saving up for dolls as long as he meets the other criteria.
