I have made a resolution...My first resin is gonna be a Sweet Dolls Allison...Mei just..I fell out of love with the sculpt and I'd rather write about my character I was gonna use then have it in the resin ATM...So new character new doll and confidence that it is unscrewupable.

Hallelujah! We found the hamster! I get into work this morning to find 'Rosie' the science teacher's hamster missing. I'm taking care of Rosie while the science room is being redone. To say I was upset is an understatement cause I felt responsible for having put her in the new cage (which apparently had a loose door that I didn't know about).

I had some of my art students looking and the science teacher's environmental class came up here... of course in an art room there about a million places for a small BLACK hamster to hide, not to mention we weren't sure if she could squeeze under the door to the room. I finally located her in the back of a cabinet.

Some of the kids were joking about her being back in 'prison' and needing a 'prison name'. So we took a picture and I photoshopped a mugshot for Rosie 'FATS' Moran. We had even put an alert on the morning announcements in case she had gotten out of the room... so the whole school knew she was missing. I'm going to use this with my 1st grade today... draw a picture of what Rosie did on her night out. We'll make a book out of the pictures and give it to the science teacher. ^___^

Oh! Glad you found her. ^_^ And that is a great idea! Can't wait to hear some of the shenanigans the kids come up with.

This is very tentative rejoicing, as nothing has come to fruition yet, and it is going to be coupled with a very bitter sux as well, if it happens. But... I could be getting my next promotion. Which puts me in my own store, with my own staff, a salary, and full benefits. The only problem is... the store is in Boston, and this is very short notice. The other sux is that I will have to break it to my fiance of 7 years that I'm leaving him. I've wanted to leave for a long time. Yes he has some good moments, as anyone in a difficult relationship will tell you. But I haven't been happy with him in years.

If Boston doesn't pan out, my other options are Bucks County, in Pennsylvania, and St Laurel, NJ, though NJ will be a lateral move, as far as my position goes, and temporary until a management spot opens. My manager and area manager are working with me to try to make it happen.

I'm jittery as all get-out and I have NO idea how this is going to happen. But... if I get the job, I will MAKE it happen, even if I have to live in a hotel room for a month.

Good luck Okami! That is a pretty big change but I hope everything works out. ^_^

And my roomie is officially graduated. She's out having some food with her family right now then we're heading to the hotsprings! After which I will be home for the break. ^_^ My house isn't too far from where the hotsprings are. :P Just have to finish grabbing whatever I think I need from the dorms for the break.

Hehe well Boston is closer to the people I want to be near... but really, I would much rather have a new store anyway, and train my staff my way, rather than have to undo old habits trained into them by my predecessor. I've spend the last month listening to our transfer lead from Jacksonville bitch and moan about how things are done differently in his old store and no desire to force that on an entire team! XD

Double rejoice in that I sold my Tonner Striker on Ebay today as well as a DOC body and head that didn't work out as a potential faun. Yeah for dollieh money!

Cool deal. I was going to sell my Firelord Soom legs/paws but discovered they're a half-decent fit on the 70cm Resinsoul sooooo.... not selling. I might make that werewolf after all. I'm thinking of saving up for the Dong for when Emory does his next pre-order.
