Velvet is a beautiful girl. I hope she's a good fit for you. Those videos of Blarney are so sweet. I'm glad you were able to find them. We've always been very bad at photographing or recording pets and never realize it until it's too late.

Okami- I love pitbulls. They're so sweet and easy to train(which of course leads to their bad rep) and I wish we had the space or time for a dog with that much energy. I'd love to have one especially since the shelters have so many, but I know there's no way I would be able to keep up with one unless they were already very old.

Sasha can go out without a leash, so we just let her run around in the yard while we walk the shiba inu (he likes to run away). She burns off her energy, and then spends most of the day sun bathing next to the back door.

pitbulls are illegal where i live.... which sucks because they're soooo cute!! the only ones still around the city are ones who were owned before the ban, have no complaints against them and have to wear muzzles on walks. they're also strictly banned from dog parks

Ugh... I'm a huge proponent of "punish the deed not the breed".... breed-specific bans make me nuts. I'll stop myself before I go off on a tangent though lol! Speaking of doggies... -grumbles and stalks off to pick up poop- My man didn't take them out before work.
