OK, so I've got a full refund from Rose dolls - no email, no pm on DoA, no note - just a refund. I'm very confused a to what to do with the wrong doll, whether I should keep following them up about getting a replacement doll, whether I send the wrong one back... What do I do?? *hyperventilates*

It's their fault they didn't tell you what to do. Just think of it as aggravation compensation. 0:-)

Just waiting still for any kind of message. If I don't have to return the doll I'm definitely going to sell her. She's not the doll for me.

That's surreal though. Why wouldn't they want her back or at least communicate with you? This doesn't sound like correct BJD dealer behaviour at all. :-\

D: That's really disappointing, even just to read about. And they didn't even discuss what they should do about the mistake with you? I hope they realize that refunding doesn't change the fact you still don't have the doll you've been anxiously waiting for.

If they still haven't contact you about it, just hold on to the doll for maybe 3-4 weeks before selling her. Waiting that much would actually be very gracious of you, and if they decide they want the doll back or something after so long it'd be 99.98% their fault for not contacting you much sooner.

That is sooo messed up in so many ways. If you plan on selling her maybe also put a WTB thread up for a Yolanda? Maybe you'll get lucky and find the person who ordered the Rena.
