Before I go @#$! as a dyed in the fun fur Muppet fan Jim Henson was the kind of person who didn't like to "bother" people with his "little problems". We've all known people who don't like to go to the doctor etc. ~takes a deep breath~
No time is wasted time, it's a good life, enjoy it comes from a letter Jim wrote to his children (I get the feeling Brian specifically) to be read specifically after he died as if he knew he wasn't long for this world. Even if you're a squirrel on coffee take a moment and appreciate the sunset. Don't worry that you aren't getting anything done because you are in your own way.
