Happy Fourth of July. I'm happy to report that I for once got all my summer sewing done before the night before the fourth. Last year I was scrambling just to get Riven's kimono done but now all my dolliehs (besides Len and Electra) got them and are wearing them...Still loving Haruka's new wig.

Aside from taking the kidlet to a friend's birthday party, we will be spending our day working on the new house! Unpacking, etc!

Any day I wake up to be told in an hour or so after arising that I'm going to be getting new dolls that I don't have to pay for is a very good day. I'm in an extremely good mood actually considering it's July 4th. I'm not fond of the holiday actually. Too noisy for my animals and I don't go to the fireworks by choice. Between the loud noise, the crush of people and the mosquitoes I really think it's a criminal waste of time. I'd rather stay home and forget it's July 4th. But this is a good one, so far. Now if I could just persuade the neighbors not to set off loud rockets all night....

Weeeelll this morning I found out my paycheck's been delayed to the 6th, which isn't a huge surprise what with Guru Purnima and ID hitting back to back interrupting the work week. Still, no me gusta! -_-
