The Villa's Bathroom (diorama)

Here is the Villa's bathroom - it's still not decorated yet. What kind of things do people decorate their bathrooms with? It needs some shelves and a towel bar for sure.

Bathtub was a Barbie bathtub. The rest was a Gloria playset - I repainted and finished all of it. It was all hot pink and purple.

That's awesome! Makes me wanting to take a loooong bubble bath in there XD
Can I ask what kind of colors you used to cover all that pink and violet? I find dolls furniture plastic really hard to paint with simple acrylics...

You really have to use many coats of spray paint with primer. USE SPRAY PAINT PRIMER

I can't say it enough times. It really helps.

Oh, wow. The pink is usually what keeps me from buying Barbie stuff... but this is awesome. Great job!!

It looks amazing so far, can't wait to see what it looks like completely decorated. As for what people decorate their bathrooms with it really depends on the person's taste, but I think ocean-theme/seashells are a pretty common choice.

EAB - Thank you dear!
Evelien - Thank you - you just have to envision it un-pinked. Mattel really released a great deal of awesome furniture in their playline you just have to put yourself in the mindset "What would this look like painted another color and re-upholstered?"
Yarwel - Ah! That's a great idea.. Phina has a particular affection for the sea (she is a half-siren after all) and that would work really well. I wonder if I can find shells small enough to be in scale?
Cat - Thank you! I actually recieved this tub in all it's hot-pink and purple glory from GothicKDM as a present. She ended up having two tubs and she let me have one - the kind soul she is!
Nko - Your girls are more then welcome as long as they bring their own shampoo and soap!! Haha :D

I have no experience spray-painting anything... and I'm a bit too chicken to try.
