She's tried everything and she can't get to a magic eraser. Any really easy wig tutorials or tips on getting black stains off of it?

It got to the poor things ears. Please guys this is my BFF's baby.

Oxy 10 might be the way to go, if she can get any. Can she?

Like Katya mentioned, a few treatments of Oxy 10 or any 10% Benzoyl Peroxide zit cream that isn't concealing will work. I use Clean and Clear Persa-Gel 10 but any brand will do. The concealing kind, which is a weird orange-ish caucasian "flesh" color, might actually stain the vinyl itself, so it's best avoided. I also find leaving it in a sunny windowsill helps speed the fading process.

Please remember that this might take a while. I've done this with a couple of eBay buys this year and in both cases, it took a few rounds of treatment to fade the stains completely. I'd put the zit cream on the stain and let the figure hang out in a south facing window with the blinds closed for few weeks. Then I'd wash it and check the progress of the fading and repeat as needed.

Also try Tea Tree Oil. That stuff is amazing! Rub some on, then let it sit for a little bit (seconds) and then rub away. You might have to do it a few times.

You can find Tea Tree oil in the health/vitamin section.

Twin Pines will work too.
