Hey guys. A friend handed off her DD to me to do some tattoo work and a face up and I was wondering if water color pencils are okay to use on her. I'll be going light on the pastels since I know they'll probably stain no matter how much MSC is used and I was wondering if the wcpencils did the same thing. Thanks.

Although water color pencils and chalk pastels have no oil in them, I have seen some pigments stain vinyl. I don't know if there was a bottom layer of MSC or not.

Definitely have a base coat of sealer or something, the pencils might stain or bleed.
