I think my most expensive purchase was Seona. When I first purchased him through Featherfall.ca, I bought the RS Jun on the regular single joint body, for a total of $165 after shipping. Then, when he got here, his ear was broken. While I filed down the damage and made the doll into something new, I ended up liking him as is, so I needed another body for the replacement head that was sent to me. DenverDoll had the RS Wu on sale at the time, so $139 later, his new body was on the way, though I knew I'd eventually need a body for the Wu head. His eyes were $9.90 on AlicesCollections, but I didn't want to pay near $30 for shipping, so I added a $40 grab bag of eyes to get the free shipping. If I'm going to shell out that kind of money anyway, I might as well get something for it, right? The wig cap was $4 plus $7 shipping, the hair for said wig has run me about $35. $5 on the random craft items I needed to make the home-made wig stand and ventilating hook. His face-up and blushing supplies cost me another $30, for dye, sealant spray, the shades of blue pastel, and the Pearl-Ex that I bought specifically for him. I won't count the $40 I spent on the Pearl-Ex sampler pack, or the $25 set of Gallery pastels, because those items were bought with the intention of doing face-ups in general, even though I used colors from both. Another $50 on the fabrics, beads, and other assorted notions I bought to make his outfit, which I haven't started yet.

Wow, approximately $485 on this fella. Good thing I have no intention of ever selling him, or I'd be out a lot of money.

Elodie started out as $91. After wig, eyes, eye putty, eyelashes, clothes, shoes, new s hooks, and 2 pairs of strings, she's probably around $200. That's before all the supplies I got for her face up. Considering she's my only resin doll, that's kinda expected but still. And now she tells me that she needs a different wig, clothes and shoes. And 2 friends her size. Sorry El, but no dollieh related stuff til winter vacation.
The ever growing wishlist: Hujoo Dana, Obitsu 40, and an army of other Obitsus with anime style heads.
The more expensive end of my wishtlist: Limhwa Half Elf and Elfdoll Soah, my dream dolls.
