Didn't know there was a DoTD pack, then again I'm wanting to slow down on them. I like Frankie's plaid stuff and most of what Ghoulia gets. All my buying now is for mugging purposes until a new character or regular clothes Jackson comes out.

DollyKim, I'm so jealous! You have Gavin already. I can't even find him on Amazon yet. I may have to buy a Bijou to keep him company. My anniversary money is burning a hole in my pocket :?

I went to Wal-Mart today and found that they had quite a bit there! I got the School's Out/second wave Clawdeen, Home Ick Frankie and Mad Science Lagoona (I didn't like the Ghoulia's they had. And they had a three-pack of DoTD Cladween, Frankie and Draculaura(!). The box says the Draculaura is exclusive to the box. Grr. Just like Gloom Beach Ghoulia...

I love the School's Out and Classroom sets, but must scale back a bit. They're so tempting, though...argh! ^_^

On, the bright side, there was one Spectra left on our WM's new Monster High endcap. Tiny scratch on her shin (not surprising, as slick as the base plastic looks) that will be repaired when I get around to deboxing her.

My dear husband made shelf space in our shared office for all my MH, so now they occupy 3 shelves of their own and are not scattered about. 8-)

Lucky~ No Spectras or Abbeys in sight at Walmart OR Target for me. Target looked like it had been attacked, so I'm guessing there were some there. :/ And I need more shelf space for my MH. They're taking over everything... I think I need to sell some of my (neglected) Liv stuff to make space.

My Monsters need a bigger box for their stuff, I would like a Halloween themed one. I love the classroom lockers and wish they would just release a wall of those or something. I'm trying to think of a modular storage that can grow with a collection, I'm close.

Growing modular storage sounds intriguing. I hope you'll share when you've figured it out. My recent storage attempts have been ...less than stellar :roll:

Here is my Draculaura - or "D" as we call her around here.
She was given to me, otherwise i don't know if i ever would have ended up with a monster high doll.
Though i have to say - i am so glad that i have one. She would have been a dream come true when i was growing up!

(Sorry for crappy photo :P)

Does anyone have any good advice on customizing MH dollies?
I am thinking of toning down her glittery eye makeup and going for something a little more refined...
Thanks ahead of time for any advice! :}

I decided to go ahead and strip off her lip and cheek paint to repaint later on. Also seriously considering taking off her eye paint and starting fresh there as well. She is like a pretty girl that wears too much makeup. Hehe. I will post any progress with her that may develop. But i also reaaaaallyy want a ghoulia, and a Lagoona -strictly for a custom idea i have in mind.

Also, i am curious if all these dolls come with bangs gelled down?
