It's not name drops with the book, it's just readability for me. Perhaps my reading level is different from the target audience. I agree with anything that gets people reading. Recently my sister caught Star Trek, before that it was Twilight, Percy Jackson, and bad fan fiction. Her reading of the few Trek novels I kept has opened her eyes. Then again Andrew J Robinson's books are in a league of their own.

For every Monster High book you read balance it out with something else that's considered a 'classic', Oz, Alice, Gulliver, anything. You'd never believe how good Gulliver is until you read it.

I paid all of $40 for my Spectra and have Abbey pre ordered at a similar price. After a good hard month of being on a Spectra search, and the driving to the stores etc, I decided to hell with it and pay. Of course I had some of my book store profits to help offset, it all goes back in to dolls, but I didn't like the person I was becoming during the search. All part of the what's it worth to me calculation. And keep an eye on Amazon for the clothes. Day at the Maul is still just $15.

I've been looking at Monster High solls, and I've decided that I want Clawdeen. >_< Now I just need to find an inexpensive one somewhere.
I have so many dolls that I can't fit all their names in my signature anymore. @__@

I want Draculaura, Frankie and Ghoulia but they are so spendy and even on ebay the bids go high on all the orignals except that beach ones.
Love the custom clothes, by the way for those who knows the MH sizes, how hard would it be to take some of their outfits and tailor them for a 27 cm obitsu?

Lols there's barely enough fabric to fit a 23cm doll, let alone a 27cm... They're really, really thin... Like Bratz clothes have to be taken in due to how thin they are...

I know this feeling well. It's only really bad when you're snarling at the damn kids to get out of the way so you can look at all the eyes to make sure you get one that's not derpy.

I joke. I joke. I'd never do that. *shiftyeyes*

The Target closest to me is finally doing a reset. They haven't reset the toy department since..oh....Christmas. So they finally had some DotD in. I think trying to catch a deal online is going to be my best bet.

Our Wal-Mart has *basketloads* of DotD Cleo. I hope they're not waiting on her to sell before they bring in the newer ones. On the bright side, Dead Tired and the Classroom girls have finally arrived here. :)

I found out that the new set up wasn't suppose to be out until the 8th and we are really slow on setting things up, so I think we just need to keep seraching. They will be out soon.......hopefully.
