The free Yip Yip crochet pattern going around the internet is great. Use a crochet thread or yarn about the size of the finger of the intended doll, Any yarn for a person. It's good for practicing rounds and using up yarn scraps.

I now have a brand new monitor! A 31.5" Acer with a "slight" curve. I am going to have to get used to the feeling of falling into it, though. LOL

New reroot projects inbound.

Some of the dolls this hair is for have been in need of a reroot since at least 2018 . . .

Bonus shot of my assistant asleep on the job.

My curved monitor just stopped talking to the computer, so I've been in strong PC withdrawal since Friday. Can do nearly anything on the phone, but it's not the same. lol

I saw one lady who made small ones and used googly eyes rings for their eyes. The one I bought seems to have miniature pingpong balls for eyes.

I tried linking one of my adopted click pets here, but the board wouldn't let me. :/

I remember when you could plug your computer in to a TV like a video game and waiting for the phone company to bring us our rotary dial phone. That terrible summer not too long ago I was thankful I had unlimited data on my phone because it became my only contact with the outside world. I have a tablet too but it only has wifi. Finally biting the bullet to replace that tablet after 8 years and one of the options is the same size screen as my first laptop.

The Yip Yip pattern is nice because it uses what ever size yarn and hooks you have access to so there's no gage, just a fun thing to help build crochet skills.

Yeah, you actually still can. But I don't have a TV.

The tablet I have only has wifi too. Isn't that wild, with the screen sizes? I got this bigger screen for a game that I wanted to play, and then I found out the game gives me a migraine. lol

Yeah, and when the yipyips are done, they can be useful places to keep things. Like keys.
