Anybody recognize this doll?

I found this little cutie laying beside a dumpster the other day, no idea who it is. The body is fully articulated, and she's around 4-5 inches tall. No distinguishable markings like a copyright date or manufacturer.

Is she Shimmer Surge from Capsule Chix?
I by doing an image search for "purple doll" then looked up brands she resembled.

I think that's her! These little dolls are dangerously cute . . . I do NOT need something else to collect!
