Swapping a pair of embroidered boots for a 1:1 scale doll for one of those tiny blind box tiny pegasus centaurs. I'll finally have a tiny taur and those boots won't get torn up in five minutes by some kid stomping thru puddles.

Disney dropped their new Fennec Shand doll this morning and I have mine ordered. Since they like to have UPS pick it up and deliver it to the nearest post office, it will be weeks before I see it. But she will be badassing next to Bo on my Disney Marvel shelf someday soon.
Just because you CAN doesn't mean you SHOULD.

So; i picked this old thing up for all of $7.00 shipped... for old time's sake.

back around 2001/2002, -around the time the book had first released - i came across it at a shop.
i already knew about Anime Maids... and that they were TOTALLY My Thing.

Miko, however; I Barely knew a thing about yet... i certainly did not know what they were actually called.
nonetheless; i REALLY wanted the book... but couldn't afford it at the time.

by the time i got to return again... the book was gone, and that was that; back in those pre-internet days for me.

Haven't Thought of it in forever now... and then i up and stumble upon it again, - on EBAY for dirt cheap this time - and here we are; 20-odd years on...

You just reminded me of a "how to draw manga" type book I got from the Scholastic book fair back in the day. Now I must find it.

I ordered two gently used Rainbow High Junior High dolls from a collector in Canada, they're Ruby and Skyler. They're not NIB, but they're complete and in great shape. I really regretted not buying them when they were current, so I've been keeping an eye out for them for a year or two now.

Since she's a Blondie... i'll be Renaming her "Yuna Kagurazaka"
since she reminds me of the 1990's Anime/Video Game character so very much~
