That's the Mini Brands Foodie line, so anywhere that sells them. The balls are magenta colored and split in half.

Looks like the box says Nebulous Stars.
I just got two of those Billie Eyelash, or whomever she is, Barbies in yellow at the junk store for $2 each. They've got some decent joints.

the Nebulous Stars box is unrelated, I just had a cluttered desk. The fairy is from Bright Fairy Friends! They're random fairies in a little light up jar. They're for sale on amazon and walmart for about 10 bucks.
