That sounds intriguing! You either have a very long driveway, or you are undertaking a massive project, like constructing the foundation for a house... or the drain field for a septic system... or filling in around your super-secret underground lair!

Well, we are fixing drainage issues on the driveway, putting in new parking spaces and eventual storage containers, and making a turnaround and drop off box for delivery drivers.

A shirt with Monster High dolls on it, that I would have loved to have 10 years ago, and overhearing a conversation with youngsters who had them confused with Bratz.

If you bought your own Monster High dolls with your own money, guess who's old now.

I tried linking one of my adopted click pets here, but the board wouldn't let me. :/

Infant.

I remember seeing the first Barbie in stores. Mom wouldn't let me have one; I suspect they were too expensive. Then my girlfriend gave me the one that only had one hand (her dog chewed off the other) when her parents got her a new one, and I was off recreating historic costumes in miniature.

It's that weird feeling of saying something was 'turn of the century' on one hand and telling people to go to a five year old to get their tech fixed on the other.

As for a MH reboot I'm... At the point where they gotta do something spectacular to get me interested because I have enough first gen. Still haven't even opened a couple of them. And aside from 1 or 2 personal dolls I'm done rerooting them.

Misty, I ended up with Barbie knockoffs when I was little, for the same reason, I'm sure. It didn't help that I often subjected my dolls to being buried in mud and having their limbs popped off and on until they wouldn't stay attached.....
