Unfortunately this also coincides with with a special diet my doctor has given me, effectively banning me from most sweets, sodas, fried foods, and burgers. At least that is if I don't want to suffer agonizing chest pains and indigestion. You think when something is partially caused by stress the last thing you would want to do is raise your stress level..... *crumples* I want a cigarette.
I know this is difficult, but we're all here for you! My brother-in-law is battling a tongue/throat cancer caused by smoking. It tears my heart out thinking how much he is suffering right now when he should be enjoying his retirement and his grandkids. This is a wonderful thing you are doing for YOU and it will be worth it. Besides us, there is lots of help out there. Reach for it. *hugs and much encouragement!*
(Put all the $$ you normally spend on cigs in a jar and use it for a glorious new doll instead for a reward!)
