Dollfie Dream HDD-02 aka Zandra [Photo Heavy]

I got this off ebay a couple months ago and I am just now starting to begin working on her face up. She's a DD1. I got a very good deal on her and she actually came with more extras then I was expecting! Other then staining on both of the included heads, there's no stains on the body at all from what I've seen. I already have new eyes for her, but I still need a wig and clothing. More photos later when photobucket will let me upload. D:

So is the DD1 body solid hard vinyl and molded like a traditional resin?

The natural round irises just don't work well with that shape of eye hole. Unless maybe they were 22mm or something.

She probably had the Volks Animetic eyes. She would look really cute with them!

With those auction photos I'm not surprised you got a good deal on her. She looks like "Zombieh dollieh wants braiiiiins...". I'll be she'll be much happier when you are done with your remake

She does need Animetics. I'm not sure which pattern will look best for her, probably the standard Aoi Dollfie Dream Image Character would provide some clues, but DD heads don't look right at all without Animetics or similar. "Realistic" eyes just look way out of place. Biff, I'm considering taking a trip down to Tenshi no Sumika before they strike the Autumn/Halloween photo set, want me to pick you up a pair?

@k2: This is a bit hard to explain,but the entire body is hard vinyl except for the hands (which are swappable with the DD2) and the bust (because DDs must have squishy boobs). And I don't generally like reg eyes in volks DD heads, especially since the ones that were in it were like... 16-18mms?? First thing I did: bought eyes. LOL

@Ms. Geek: Already got those when we took you to volks. But, I'm debating if I want another set. Will let you know if I do.

@Misheru: The crazy thing was that they actually included MORe in the lot then what was shown. I will note though that both heads were stained, but still. Good deal. It actually ended at $150 TOTAL, I expected it to go for more.
