I'm currently planning/saving for a doll to be Vriska Serket of Homestuck. I'm not sure if she'll be human or not; it depends on how she'll look in-person.
Resin Dolliehs: Laika, Halogen, Mischka, Caitlin, Vriska, Bailey | Vinyl: Mels, Felis, Kizuna | Incompletes: Yue, Cawbri, Natalie | Others: Angel, Lagoona, Chara, various barbies | Wishlist: none atm | Saving: Clothes and stuff

This Halloween costume is really sucking up all my time! I'm working on a 1920's/Downton Abbey style dress. Oy.
Just because you CAN doesn't mean you SHOULD.

That sounds pretty and you can wear it again.

I can't wait to get the new photography station set up in my office and start doing photostories again!!!! I hope you'll like what I've got planned. :-p

Can't wait to see what you have planned!

Stormy Sky is so pretty, it makes me want to order hair to make a wig-but I don't know who it would be for.

My projects:
An Almost finished Juliet cap for me from size 3 crochet cotton

I unraveled a failed crochet project-the yarn wasn't stretchy enough for the pattern-to make myself an orange tam

I bought more size 8 perle cotton to crochet for Myri-it will be a check to see if the pattern that I wrote down actually works. This is the first color I will use

I am making myself finish the first two projects before I start playing with the new yarn. I got a Nook color as a belated birthday gift from one of my son's friends (He upgraded and gave his old one to me) and have been putting PDFs of my favorite crochet patterns on it. Terrible things happen to paper versions of my patterns.

Do I repeat the pattern like this or do I mirror? The green isn't quite this dark IRL.

I don't have an answer to your question :(
I just wanted to say how much I loved the colors and combination of them!

Thanks, I originally saw them in fleece yarn which would have been way too expensive to get enough but they had the green, key color, in regular yarn. My hopes are to make it look like puffs of frosting. It's single, double, and triple stitches.

I'd repeat, but that's just me.

I have finished a beret embellished with a rose. It was supposed to be my hat for Nanowrimo-but it has been to warm for it so far. Artic front is coming though, so I may get to wear it yet!

I finished a new carrying case for my 3DS XL -I have no pockets, so I was missing out on coins for mini games from walking with my DS.

Now, I have finished the first of a pair of mitts to go with my beret.

This is my favorite mitt pattern ever!

I can get them done in one day and I don't crochet fast. I have started a pair in black cotton for Steampunk!
