I wish I could help her find missing ones but I think mine start in 1944. Some of the ads in the oldest ones seem surprisingly modern.

Watching Paranormal Activity on TV.

Good GRIEF that Mica guy is a moron. Yes, let us antagonize the demon-thing and piss it off, so you end up being the first to die when it inevitably possesses your girlfriend and she goes off her rocker and violently KILLS YOU. You totally deserve it. Yeesh. -_-;

I haven't seen Paranormal Activity, read the summary, and saw one of the alternate endings online that made it work for me. I like the occasional horror movie I just don't fall for jump scares since the TBI :/ Movie wise I finally got a copy of the Richard Donner cut of Superman 2, it's definitely a different animal from the official release and I like it.

People criticize the Para Act trilogy as being boring and such, but I actually kind of like it. Yes, I like to make fun of the morons in it who deliberately antagonize and piss off the demonic entities despite the NUMEROUS warnings not to, but the movies differ from the normal horror genre, so it makes them interesting. I also like that they don't rely on gore for effect, which to me isn't scary so much as disgusting. My friend thinks they're boring because it's too much staring at an empty room waiting for something to happen. But I think it's got good buildup, starting out subtle (like a candle going out or something), and working its way up to obvious (like the woman being dragged out of bed).

Of course, they're still not as good as Juon/The Grudge. Best horror movie ever. Both versions. <3

Listening to the much maligned Tin Machine, the LP mix is surprisingly quiet - and this LP is anything but worn out, judging from it's condition the previous owner listened to it once and then stored it away in disgust/disappointment until they sold it...

Really really tempted to break out my coloured Bowie vinyls since there's quite a few of my fave albums represented in that pile... But in a bit of a quandary... I'm very very aware that I'm currently sitting on several hundred £s worth of vinyl at the current rates, and if I actually dare to use them ...I wont be anymore... But But HEATHEN and OUTSIDE!! On Vinyl!! *Indecisive* :? But potential dollieh monieh... :?
