Wilton has suggested using cooking spray, dropping the temperature by 25 degrees, and removing the brownies after 5-10 minutes to finish cooling on a rack. The other commentators don't seem to get a lot of us occasional bakers don't use parchment, special sprays, or other fancy baking things.
