I keep telling myself 'everything happens for a reason.'
It's a hard mantra to have right now.

Until the car accident I was getting started and making progress on my feet. The whiplash messed up my squeezing and I don't have anyone else who can do it for me.

I'm wondering if it's part arthritis and partially out of socket. My hips pop in and out of socket at their own choosing. They don't always like to go back into place. I'm hoping that's the problem because all that takes is a chiropractor.
Sorry to hear about not having anyone who can help you with the process. That sucks.

I'm sorry about all the hurt bodies on this thread. DollyKim I hope your able to find someone to help soon and Absynthe I hope your hips don't get much worse.
