Considering some of the things that I've done to dolls, I should be certifiable. XD

So yeah... HANDSTANDS. It turns out that dolls, really do not like them.









Not one to leave well enough alone, I had to get more dolls up into handstands. >.>;;;

Who's crazy?

omg! How in the world do you balance your dolls like that?!
I got frustrated and annoyed just standing a doll on one foot once.

Well, it helps if it's a Sweet Dolls, because Kiki designed them for uber-posability!

Woah, that is super cool. I don't think my dolls would ever be able to do that, without any amount of coaxing.

They do take some coaxing, but with a wee bit of perseverance, they will do just a bout all you ask of them. ^___^

One thing to keep in mind is the jointing of the doll, and what the environment is like. Take advantage of any 'locking' joints if applicable. The reason I've got mine on carpeting is because if I tried this on my normal tiled floors, their hands would have very easily slid out from under them. Zirc used a towel to compensate for the wooden floors in her house.

Of course, if the hands are in the wrong position/shape, this aint gonna happen. Allison's hands are fairly flat, so with a little wiggle-room and on a non-slippery surface, they can stand on their hands. I already knew that they could do headstands; getting them into hand-stands was just a matter of locking elbows, and balance.

Maybe I'll try it with my dolls then; I have a bunch of fuzzy rugs in my room.
Although I'm sure they wouldn't appreciate their wig falling off.

Edit: Arrghgh, I don't have nearly as much patience as I thought I would. Oh well, back to the mundane sitting while I stare at the pictures in envy.

Ok. Fine. Doll leaves body. Piece of cake. His hands are the size of my other doll's feet. A natural.


Amelia (Impldoll Model) refused to do anything. Her hands are very pretty but not very flat and her wrists are not very mobile.

My Resinsoul's elbows would not stay locked for a hand stand so we went for headstand. There is a head under there, really. At least she has panties.
