Dollieh Sanctuary

Well after a sudden onset of illness I made the decision that I would buy my last doll for a long time. I had wanted a 50cm obitsu since they came out and a bout of luck allowed me to buy one for my upcoming birthday. I waited with extreme anticipation and yesterday she arrived! At first i wanted to put a volks head on the 50cm body but after seeing the default head in person it was love at first sight :aheartbea

Here is the box she came in. I ordered her through junkyspot so there were lots of cool freebies inside the much bigger shipping box.


I love this sticker on the front, it's a simple but very neat design.


And here's the lovely lady herself! :fangirl: I ordered some temporary solid purple eyes with her because I knew she would arrive before her animetic eyes would.


I was sort of at a loss on how to handle her, I've never had a doll who can actually do the poses I want :sweat Her joints are very tight and with the magnets in her feet (they are strong enough to work even through shoes) the posing possibilities are endless.


Endless I say!!



I did have an outfit ready for her but the jumper is a bit short the shoes and socks fit great though and her wig fits her head perfectly so it's all good


I can't wait till she gets her face-up, I'm still not sure whether I want to give it a go or have it commissioned.

Hurray! Another Obitsu! See, we told you that you would love one

If you do the faceup, just be sure to spray some sealer on it first - otherwise you end up severely staining the head accidentally (yes, this is the voice of experience talking and you don't want to go there).

Dark Angel: The wig is originally from Leeke World and is a size 7/8. I think this color might be discontinued however as I can't find it on the sight anymore However if all Leeke world wigs are as silky and soft as this one I'll be buying some for all my dolls!
