RS gang measurements please

Hi. Can someone with a RS Gang boy please measure the circumference of the upper arm and thigh (upper leg) of the Gang doll? Thank you.

My Alexei's bicep measures 3" around, and the largest part of his thigh (near the top) measures 5 5/8".
