My adventures at two Volks stores at Tokyo!

Postby Aoibara » Thu Aug 01, 2013 11:44 am

Again, it is a copypasta job from AU since I am a lazy ass to write something new, so bear with me.

As I promised, here are the photos I took at the photospace in Tenshi no Mado and the Volks Akihabara store!

So it started off early in the morning, which me and my cousin got all ready to do a heavy Tokyo trip; which meant going to Harajuku, Akihabara and Tokyo Disneyland all at once! Full trip ahead!

So lets start off with my first destination, Tenshi no Mado! There was only one photospace open at the time + there was only one shot I really liked so there is only one pic. Sorry about that.

And after that, we headed to Akihabara and entered the Hobby Tengoku. It was really fun to see all the stuff, and the guy working on the doll floor was pretty good looking and was so nice to even tell me where the stuff are!

And, here are the pics I took!

Image

This turned out into something like a family photo. Too bad I missed the Dollfie Dream event! Big sister, and little brother.

Image

Oh, the star stuff on the curtains are OBVIOUSLY just speckle brushes xDDDDD There were none when I took the pic.

More photographic evidence that it is photoshop here:

And here is the blue curtain stuff without the speckles I added.

Anyways, I hope the photos look interesting in any way, and stay tuned for the second part of my big Tokyo trip; Tokyo Disneyland! (No, my dolls didn't go in there for the sake of safety, other than that I am merging the pics I took in Disneyland with the dolls :p still working on my experimental magic! )

The new place looks fancy. Would love to step into a Volks store again some day.

The Volks stores are crazy awesome. They have loads of photo stations set up for people. I was tempted to buy one but I just couldn't justify the cost.

Qrinta: It was truly a fun day!

Iwa_Hoshi: The store is beautiful. It is now in a really beautiful building. No cafe tho unfortunately, tho it would have been nice if they had one like in Tenshi no Sato~

Trethowan: Volks store are soooo win. I would make sure not to miss the opportunity to go to the stores to take snapshots of my dollies! And yeah...The price unless you are going for a Dollfie Dream.
