Hi guys. I'm doing some research on the obitus 40cm body with alice head and l wating to know what clothes, wigs, eyes and shose ect that would be good for her. This obitsu is going to be my Hazuki from the anime moon phase. I got her a wig in 7/8 also l got her 2 pairs of white MSD socks. I hope this is the right place to put this and mods if not please put it in the right place for me please.

P.S any tips and tricks would be nice to know on how to deal with vinly as well.

The 40cm is basically an MSD sized doll - so it should fit MSD size clothing and shoes just fine. Keep in mind that MSD is a generic description and there are a lot of variations of size within that, but with minor alterations just about anything in that range should fit her just fine. MSD size shoes are definitely the correct fit

As for vinyl tips/tricks I recommend reading some posts in this area: http://www.dolliehsanctuary.com/sanctuary/viewforum.php?f=32 and the tips and tricks area over at Jspot is always a great source too.

A 7/8 wig might fit her or it might be a bit big - wigs, like clothing, vary even when they say a certain size. Mine wears a 7/8 wig but I know that it is one that is actually small for it's size (the company that made the wig tends to run small). A little big, however, is not a tragedy and will be easy to deal with.

ok thanks. Would Dollmore MSD clothes and shoes fit. I'm looking for anime eyes as well so what size would be good to get. I know Junlyspot saya 18mm but would 20mm fit also would a 16mm from dollmore fit as well.

As I said, MSD sizes do vary so I really couldn't say if specific clothing, like Dollmore, will fit since i don't own any by them. The shoes shouldn't be a problem as any MSD shoes should fit fine.

No, you could not use 20mm eyes. Vinyl heads have eye pockets in them designed to fit specific sizes. You could put in smaller eyes and pad them with eye putty, but not larger eyes. Pretty much you should stick to 18mm eyes if you can find them, 16mm as next best.

ok thanks. There has to be more people that has more info on what they know about those. There are has to be more clothes ideas out there as well.

Keep in mind that these are brand new dolls - they have only been out for a little over a month and in terms of here at DS, most of those who own one are making their own clothing for them so we don't know about pre-purchased clothing.

Cirquemom has been buying some MSD clothing online from a seller who makes clothing for MSD, Ellowynne sized dolls so that might be a good starting point. It will also depend on whether you buy the immature chest, or one with bigger boobs. Cirque's doll is the more flat chested one so what fits hers may not fit the other chest type. I dress mine in MSD boy's clothing since mine is a tomboy. Her pants are by Friends 2 Be Made (which I don't think exist anymore) and her T-shirts I make.

I understand and l'm getting immature chest one. I have some F2BM clothes also this company has gone out of business. Ok so my best bet is to try clothes from diffent companies and see what fit and what don't. I also have some teen trends clothes as well also if you have any of the F2BM pants have you tryed them on your girl and do they fit.

I"m betting Teen trends will fit fine, although I don't have any to try I've had them before and they fit my other MSD doll. Yes, I do have some F2BM cargo pants that look adorable on Jordan (my 40cm) - if you look for my photos of her here or on Jspot those are the pants she is wearing in them. I have some jeans somewhere, but another doll may be wearing them so I probably wont' try them on her right now, but I think they should fit as well, they just may be a little short. The tops will probably be perfect - but the only ones I have are currently being worn by my boy dolls LOL.

But yep, experimentation is your best choice. Look for things that are listed as fitting other smaller chested dolls like the Bobobie Sprite - those will probably fit her as well

Thanks you have been very helpful. I went thow what l have and l think that the stuff will do for now. I do have a Hello kitty PJ's set from F2BM and l wonder if it would stain due to it a bright pink color.

yay Obitsu has a new head out ( l forget what's it called) that l'm staring to like and it takes a 20mm eyes so l think l may get this head to use for my Hazuki. I will udate this thread when l get her witch should be in about 3 weeks. But if you guys find anymore info you can post it here if you wish.
