A new girl- Moxie Teenz Tristen

I had both the first and second wave Tristen, and I realized the make up from second wave was kinda hideous and made her look like a hooker, but my wave one body had "Horrible Elbow Joint disease" ended up doing a head transplant, but now that I have resin kids, I passed her off to KittingNerd and haven't looked at her again due to odd sizing and lack of good clothing. Thankfully a lot of the clothing I had found for Tristen fits Sparrow and Wren, as well as all those wigs I bought. :p

Yeah, I really don't like the lips and make up on my Tristen. The lips are this..two toned thing...with sparkly pink on top and plain pink around the edges. I think it was meant for a gradation effect and give definition to the lips but..argh. And the eye make up is so factory and plastic as well. It's like she has double eyeshadows. I'm going to try customizing her sometime but I don't know what to do with the eyes, don't want any paint getting in there.

Heehee yay, it caught on!

All I did to customize my Teenz' makeup, was taking off the lipstick... which made them look a lot better. But I have never seen a second wave Teen irl so I don't know just how different they really are.

I have tried black and dark wigs on my Melrose. I doesn't look and feel right. The only wig that looks good on her so far is a long blonde wig I bought for one of my Tristens... might give it to her in the end.

My Melrose has a wig that I tea-dyed for her. It fits way better with her skintone.

I agree that Tristen having fair skin looks lovely in dark wigs.

Cherry is a first wave Melrose head on a first wave Liv Daniela body. The skin tones match perfectly. It's a pretty close match to the Barbie Fashionistas too.

Then again, I swapped the Melrose and Tristen eyes, because Miya (Tristen) has blue eyes and Cherry (Melrose) has violet eyes.

I have.. an Arizona MT? I dunno haha. I only bought her to steal her clothing but her face is so pretty I don't think I can throw her away or pass her onto my terrible niece. Their bodies are horrid, making them sit is always a fun time though!
