So.... does anyone here own a J-Doll?

After looking up a bit on Pullips through a recent discussion, I noticed another type of doll made by the same company called J-Doll. She uses the same body as Pullip, but uses a more, um, ordinarily 1/6 scale head.
I was pretty enamored with a few of her full sets, and while Pullip and all her friends are lovely, I think I like J-doll better. Her face is so adorable, right up my alley, and the fact she shares Pullip's body opens up lots of great clothing.
Anyway, I was hoping someone here could give me a little info on these girls. I've not owned a doll with the material she's made in either. Also, does she look good with other 1/6 dolls, like the Obitsu or Volks?
Thanks in advanced!

I used to have one, honestly, I was not a fan, their bodies are not nearly as nice as Obitsu bodies and their clothing was not the best quality, and a lot of time they have the dead fish stare to them. If you like Obitsus I'd go with that over a J-doll any day.

Now see, I have both J-dolls and Pullip and I like both. I think the face on the J-doll really is a sweet one (depending on the hair) and I really like the two I have (even though I was only meant to have one). I've got Charing Cross and Crescent Road and I like both. Mind you J-dolls and Pullips both fit into my "display doll" collection - meaning I bought them because I like them "as - is" and have no intention of changing their clothing or anything else
Things to know: Their heads are hard plastic, not soft vinyl like obitsu or barbie; their hair is a glued on wig, not rooted; they have real eyes, not painted on ones (which is one reason I like them so much).

I had a J-doll for a short while. I fell in love with her online and HAD to have her, but I didn't feel any love when I saw her in real life. They're cute, but their bodies are Pullip type 3 crap

I have 2 J-dolls. I don't like their pullip bodies (only 'cuse they can't look down) but they look great on Obitsu bodies.

I have a hestia which uses the same body as a J-Doll but has a big head and more anime look. I love her! She does have weak ankles so she has some troubles standing. So high top shoes or boots can help with that.

Here's a picture of Elsa.

Thanks for posting the pic of your Hestia! Do they make her anymore?
I recall reading that the J-dolls used the same bodies as the current Pullips, so type 3 or 4, depending on the release. And I'm not too worried about her being an awesome poser, lately my interests have been directed more toward aesthetics, and when I mention Obitsu and Volks, I'm interested in scale. I would like her to have a man to hang with if possible.
Although, despite the wigs being glued, can the eyes and wigs be changed at all?

Her wig is glued and to change her eyes you would have to crack her head open. @_@
For me I don't mind not being able to change her hair or eyes.
Here's some more pictures of the different hestias.

I dunno about J-Doll's bodies they look okay I'm just used to seeing Pullip heads on 'em. I do like their tiny's though.
