Ruby Witch

So a friend asked me if I would make an ooak doll for her after she saw my repaint for the my Avitar on here. No restrictions on what the doll could be except for using the head she sent me. Okay, I can work with that.

First a Concept:

Then the hair choices:

First attempt at the dress. I made this one on a belly button Barbie body, but the actual doll will have a fashionista. Thought they can wear the same clothes it turns out the Fashionista is slightly slimmer.

Then I got the head in the mail. This was a while ago. So I could actually start on the doll herself.

The reroot:

Then bye bye to her original face.

And now her new face.

I wanted something striking with the eyes so I painted them a dark green with pale green and gold. I decided the black liner with no eyelashes suited her personality better as it is a stronger look. I blushed her face with pastels and her lips with a shear black pastel as well. After that came the paint. Now all she needs is her proper outfit.

But she already has her want. It's the top one with the ruby stone at the hilt.
