Oh... bother.. I'm not excited anymore either.

I was going to get one for my niece to have when she's older and can appreciate it but they look rather sub-par. The fathers are just... blah and the clothing leaves a lot to be desired for me.

What a shame.

I got the big box of 10 Posable Princesses and I'm satisfied, managed to get all 10 outfit packs and settled for 6 boys so far.

Moxie Teenz and Livs don't mix easily. Moxie on the left, Liv in the center http://dolfielittles.com/ency/girls29.jpg If you don't want a Liv boyfriend the 1999 and Harley Ken bodies are taller, then consider a Sideshow brand (not the Medicom they also sell) Hot Toys True Type, 21st Century/Ultimate Soldier, or Triad Omega, they all stand taller than average.

I don't mind if he would be just a little bit taller than the girl but not as tall as he is on his stock body.

I saw the limited Rapunzel and Gothel, and they look so nice. It's just silly to think that is a $60 price difference...

What about the dolls based on that twit Beiber? I have heard the newer ones are poseable but how tall are they?

Roughly Ken-sized. I haven't seen one OOB or looked up a pic of the body yet, though-they may or may not have decent posability.

I like the artwork better too. I think Ariel is the best out of all of them, but... those pictures aren't that good....so I am still holding hope that they look better in person. But they just look like big barbies with rooted eyelashes.... they look almost the same as the ones that are $12.50, just with a fancy outfit and make-up.

aw...boooo.

I liked Ariel, too-but was kind of taken aback when I realized she looks like a red-haired Amy Winehouse. 0_o

The booklet is *beautiful*.

Just followed a link to a link showing art from the Disney Princesses book...wow. Love the Mucha-esque designs on some of them, and the painting showing Beast as a mecha and Belle as his pilot is intriguing.

eek. She does resemble amy winehouse a bit. o__o

I'm going to wait until monday when official pictures are released to decide or not...but from the blurry pics...they look crappily made.

I also wonder how that person was able to take pictures of them? I wonder if they work for disney or something?

The Bieber dolls are a bit thick and heavy looking, not bad if you want a guy like that. I'd take the girl, or if you know it will be a Liv body, compare one of those to him. I've seen them next to each other at the stores, and Bieber has fashion packs too. I'm half tempted to get an outfit.
