You might be interested to know that they have a second dragon that is either coming out or already out. The new one has what appears to be a fancier head cap with ridges. Either that or it is a piece that fits over the head. As it is the same size doll, it would probably fit this guy. That would give you a third option!

he looks great in green! I was really wanting one of these in white with a bei head for an ice dragon girl I had in mind until I saw dollzones new moon dragon. Now I'm lusting for that with a bei head pixiu hands and teeny little wings. But I don't see measurements yet so no clue if it would work.

Rhordae, my little dragon boy, is nearly complete!!!

I molded horns and a "mohawk" row of head spikes with Apoxie. Pearl Ex mixed with Acryl Gloss made a really shiny paint loaded with sparkle! I'm afraid to even try to seal it since that will just take all the shine off. So he's covered in glittery Pearl Ex powder. This is definitely going to be a "no touch" doll. I might buy a stand for him.

There are a few spots that need touching up. A couple of paint globs, you know, that sort of thing.

There are still some spots on his face that need to be cleaned up. I can't wait until his proper eyes arrive! They're still being made so it will be another month probably before they get here.

Rhordae broke his horn. Silly booger.

I'm not 100% sure I like the feet fully painted. I wanted him to be shiny all over but I was afraid the gloss would just flake off and look tacky.

I think my next project will be to make him a fantasy-type outfit, maybe a loincloth or something like that. Or he can just run around nekkid like a derp. hahaha
