To wash a wig is quite simple ^^ Go out, buy some baby shampoo- one without fragrances preferrably, I heared the ones with strong fragrances make a wig eventually smell like mildew. There is also wig shampoo..but very pricey D= I would also highly recomend some Biosilk to give any wig its 'new wig' feel<333 I'll Biosilk the wig I send with your girl so you can see<33
and More on topic! Dawn has such pretty eyes! I loove her dress too, I want one in my size >3<
Thanks! That's a Randall Craig RTW dress for 16" dolls. It doesn't fit them that well. I had it on a Gene Doll and she looked like she was in green knit bondage. Fits Dawn to a "t", though.
I take it that is a "Tristan" model? How is the posing with these girls? I'm curious because I caved in to impulse and bought two off of TRU online because they had them buy one get one half off LOL. I've got Tristan and Arizona (how could I NOT buy a doll named after my state?) arriving sometime this week
Dark Angel: Since wigs are made of synthetic fiber you can also wash them with dishwashing liquid and condition them with fabric softener. That's what I use to clean the nasty dirty hair in some second-hand Takara Jenny dolls I acquired - and it has the advantage of not leaving any of the residue that shampoos can sometimes leave - great for hair, not so great on sythetic fiber.
