Wow! That turned out so nice! How'd you do that? I've been trying to do something similar with ruffles but it's hard to hide my stitches.

I turn the material wrong side to wrong side and then flip it over. That may not make much sense. :/

Actually it did. I'll try to do that instead next time I'm making a garmet like that.
