I get so turned around trying to search for "puki" anything, and I have yet to see a comparison shot of MiniFee to LittleFee... or LittleFee to Pukifee... or Pukifee to PukiPuki... or PukiPuki to RealPuki?! Help me out!! I'm utterly in love with the Pongpong mold (sleeping or standard?!) but can't decide between the many sizes his mold is available in...

Also, I must pose an ignorant question: Where the hell should I post about LittleFees? What does the 20cm range fall under..? Is that YoSD/tiny territory? Are we calling PukiPuki/RealPukis minis? Goodness, I feel like a novice all over again. :P

tl;dr: post pics of Pongpong with other dolls. do it nao! 8D

I think the Littefee's are still technically running in the Yo range, the Puki/Real are tinies, and then mini is for the Minifee's who are 40ish cm. Here is a photo that has every single size of Fairyland doll: http://www.flickr.com/photos/teapartyre ... 292923910/

Honestly, where some dolls fit in seems to be a matter of opinion. Personally I think that the Yo-sd size of dolls should go into the tinies which goes from their size all the way down to the pukis etc... However other people think that some of the yo-sd dolls, like the 26cm Bobobie, actually fit in the 1/6 category. I think that's fine in a place like DoA that doesn't do fashion dolls, but since we do I kind of think that the 1/6 scale area is more fashion dolls. What I really think I need to do is make a decision and clearly have areas for each type LOL - but I believe that the Littlefee tend to go wherever the person posting them thinks is right.

DUDE, thank you. That is -exactly- what I've been looking for! <3 Also, regarding "minis"--I think it was on Resinality that I saw they had a "Tinies" (30-15cm or so) and a "Minis" (15cm and smaller) section, but I also agree that Mini Fee/mature MSDs are a slightly different beast than the more child-like MSDs.

@ GreyHaunt -- I'm glad I'm not the only one with this quandary about how to classify all these mid-range sizes. xD Also good to know that my misplaced topics will get moved appropriately. xD <3 So, YoSDs and LittleFees are about the same size? While all the Pukis are in the more clear-cut "Tiny" range? That's the way I see it... But YoSDs are sort of the "original" BJD Tiny--excluding fashion dolls--so should Pukis and other itty-bitty BJDs now be called something else??

man, it's too complicated. To be honest, I don't think it's worth reclassifying. xD We'll just fudge the lines between classes a bit more, right?! xD

cute! loving the fairy land dolls.... *ignores husbands glaring over doll squees*

i kinda like how this forum has them stacked by scale (1/3, 1/12, etc) from human size. it makes them easier to sort at least. :) if the scaling if by adult size, which would make the littlefee 1/6. i personally think the scale should be determined by an adults size, even for the immature molds, because if we compare the fairyland line in scale to a small child (say, 6) a 1/3 doll becomes over 1/2 scale, and the 1/12 dolls like pukis become almost 1/6! lol.
