I made a "pillowcase" dress for her out of an old shirt of mine. I <3 this doll so much!







She came with eyelashes but they fell off when I changed her eyes. I need to put some back on her. I'm thinking about finding some "fantasy" colored ones to somewhat match the wig. The wig, might I add, that she has now claimed as her own and no one else may touch it.

She is looking super cute, love the wings!

I think this is the first pic I've seen of her that I like. She's super cute. Doll leaves takes terrible photos of some of their dolls and the faceup choices can lean toward the atrocious. Thanks for changing my mind about Fay. I really like her sculpt now.

hahaha, let me say that blank fay dolls, are terrifying looking - but thankfully I know from photos like these that she'll be adorable when I finish mine up

Yes. This is why I ordered my "L" without a faceup. Hopefully she will come in Emory's next shipment before I explode.
On Mimi the pink kind of works. I have noticed one thing about the sculpt that makes my OCD a little nuts. Her left eye is not exactly the same shape as her right. The 14mm Soom eyes she's wearing do a good job of making them look even. I tried almost every pair of eyes I own before these clicked. Light eyes made her look too creepy. High dome eyes stuck out of her sockets and reminded me of a Pug. So I recommend a low dome eye if you can swing it.

Greyhaunt - Thanks! It's a 5/6 Jpop dolls Kana Wave wig that I meant for Jessica (my RS Bei) but it didn't really suit her and got passed around until Mimi claimed it. Out of curiosity have you found any shoes that fit Fay? I'm having a hell of a time and wondering if she's not doomed to being barefoot or if I'll have to take up shoemaking.

Honestly, I haven't looked for shoes, but mine will probably be barefoot, or I'll make some simple sandals if I really feel she needs shoes. I love going barefoot myself so most of my dolls end up that way too

She is too cute! She really does look like a little angel. And the eyes she's wearing do a very good job of masking the slight difference in shape. I never ever would have noticed that if you hadn't pointed it out.
