It's definitely a bobobie Elfkin in White skin,
price wise they wouldn't take too long to save up for, they're $81.00 with Face-up at JS unless you want fantasy colors then its extra.

And I will third this and say, yes, it is a white BBB Elfkin. I have a pink Nissa, which is the horned version of Elfkin.

And I will admit its easy to get attatched to these lil cuties! Never had any desire for a tiny, then recieved mine as a gift and I just adore him! Perfectly pocket sized! I take him out in my pocket and no one ever knows any better.

It's not like eBay by the way, the bids here aren't binding. I'll keep looking at it and see what happens. There were €75 bids earlier, but they were removed again.
