I've actually had a little second-hand Hujoo baby for nearly a year. I got him for Christmas last year as a stocking stuffer from my mother because I had said how adorable I found this specific one was with the vinework. For a while he was a girl and named Acorn, but I had absolutely no connection at all with "her." So, to be perfectly honest, this poor little doll has been sitting, neglected, in a marble mortar and pestle, until I had a bit of a sudden epiphany that
he is actually perfect for a character I have already.
So meet Xavier Beauchamp II, generally called Baby Xavier. Within the modern storyline, he is brought up by Gabriel Beauchamp and his twin brother Isidore, and is named for the twins' father.
I don't have much for him yet, since I honestly just figured out who he actually wants to be, but I put him together with Gabriel today and my little boy finally has a smile on his sad little face.
