This is probably gonna sound really weird, LOL, but now that I've got an SD girl on her way to me, I'm wondering if I could let her have really small feet, e.g. MSD feet. It probably would look weird proportionally, but I don't care about that; BUT! Is it even possible? Would the small foot be eaten alive by the SD ankle? I hope someone can shed some light on this matter

I think it wouldn't work. The ball joint on the ankle won't fit correctly into the socket of the SD legs, which will interfere with posing. Also, the MSD feet would take smaller elastic than the body, which could also interfere with posing.

But hey, if you've got the extra parts then you can always experiment.
