Hello from Chicagoland!
Posted: Sun Aug 04, 2013 1:56 amI've loved dolls/figs/BJDs for years but am just now taking my first step into the community. This seemed like a very warm and welcoming place to start. I'm getting my first "real" BJD this coming week (a Doll Chateau Hilary) and sharing her with my best friend. We like to pool our money to afford more. As of right now, I only have a Pullip, a Byul, a Taeyang, a Hujoo Yomi and a Nendoroid, if that counts. I also share all of these with my friend. Except the Hujoo. She's mine. Despite the lack of actual resin dolls, I know very much about them and how to make their wigs and do faceups/blushing all by myself. I'm working on sculpting my own doll. I hope to make some new friends here and am excited to get started. =^.^=
