I'm Jimmy or Jem and I'm a teenaged guy from the southwestern part of the U.S. I've been into dolls since I was a kid (growing up in San Francisco make it more okay for a boy to like dolls) and I've really enjoyed BJDs since I first discovered them in 2010. I've wanted ones to represent the characters in my books for a while now, but I was always too timid (and broke) to really look into them. Recently, I found the Obitsu dolls--they come in the size to which I've grown accustomed (I have a veritable Barbie doll army with a wardrobe better than the one in Toy Story 3) for a reasonable price! Unfortunately, I only have Raven at the moment, and she has a Barbie head, but her friend Harrison and her real head should be here tomorrow or Thursday, so yay!
It makes me so happy to see the characters from my prose writing come to life as dolls.
