Well um... greetings from.. Iceland. Yup.
Posted: Thu Sep 06, 2012 2:18 pmHello, I'm Socky, 19 years old, and I'm currently collecting mostly plastic BJDs (Hujoos to be exact, and I also have one resin YO-SD), old-ish porcelain dolls, general vintage (or just old) plastic/vinyl dolls and Littlest Pet Shop figurines (and two LPS Blythes currently).
I'm very much a painting/drawing kinda person, altough I am merely mediocre at it. I'm trying to get the hang of sewing for my dolls and in the past I've often sculpted things out of clay for my LPS figurines. I'm also kinda getting into making art dolls out of paperclay and polymer.
The plastic BJDs that I currently own are Eygló (Hujoo Berry), Höskuldur (Hujoo Wings), and Lilla (Hujoo Baby Suve). I'm still looking around for more Hujoos though.
The resin one is an Only-Doll Hongxiu and her name is Elva. I'm just getting into resin, and it's been going fab so far, but I can't bring myself to faceup/wigmake/anything for resin just yet, I'm so afraid of them getting ruined somehow!
The LPS figurines are around 80something and I couldn't possibly name them all, and I still haven't gotten any names out of my old Porcelains or vintage vinyl/plastics.
Anyway, I've lurked around this forum for a bit and saw that you are all wonderful people, and therefore I want to join. Hope you welcome me.

Edit: Oh dear, I forgot an L in the title and forgot to mention my LPS Blythes. They wouldn't be too happy. Fixed.
